BFBL - MEMBERSHIP

 

Proposed Amendment to BFBL-HOA Membership: 

 

All legitimate owners of property, whether natural persons or juridical entities within BF Better Living Subdivision, identified as such in their respective TCTs or Real Property Tax Declaration  are automatically members of BFBL-HOA.  They are required to abide by its by-laws, its rules and regulations and must pay its fees and assessments as promulgated by BFBL-HOA for the security, sanitation, maintenance and the general interest and welfare of all members within BFBL Sudivision.

 

Where the property is registered in the names of several co-owners (natural or juridical), only one designated natural person will be qualified and authorized in writing to represent, act and vote for and on behalf of the registered member.

 

Member shall ensure that their lessees or assignees, if any, shall be jointly and severally liable for their membership obligations including, but not limited to, the prompt payment of dues and assessments.  The same rule shall apply where juridical owners or lessees are authorized in writing to represent the registered owner/s in the exercise of the rights and privileges of membership.  In such a case, the representative shall be recognized as the member.

 

Membership automatically ceases upon cessation of legal and rightful ownership, or in the case of the authorized representative/s, upon receipt of the written revocation of the authorization filed with BFBL-HOA.  The owner cannot withdraw or surrender membership with  BFBL-HOA unless the property owned is sold or disposed of legally including all rights, interests and privileges thereon.
