BFBL - CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING COMMITTEE

 

BFBL-HOA Officers and various Chairman of BFBL-HOA Committees on May 21, 2015 approved the appointment of Mr. Jose Froilan "Bimbo" Sarabia and Mr. Mark Wong as Co-Chair to head the Construction and Engineering Committee of BFBL.

 

The requirements to obtain Certificate of No Objection for House Construction and Renovation inside the BFBL Subdivision are as follows: 

 

1) Photo Copy of the owner's Certificate of Title and or Tax Declaration

2) Photo Copy or Blueprint of the Building Plan

3) Statement signed by (3) neighbors (right and left and the front homeowners/neighbors consent to the construction. 

4) Construction Bond of P 5,000.00

 

* No. 4  The bond shall be returned back to the homeowner upon completion of the house construction/renovation. However, non compliance of construction standard precautionary measures, cleaning of surroundings and other related violation will be penalized by deducting a prescribed amount of P250.00  to the bond amount in every violation takes place during the construction period. 

 

Below are some important house rules during the construction period.

 

 

 

 

 

 

CONSTRUCTION WORKERS MUST OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING: 

1. All homebuilders are required to submit a list of names of contractors and workers  expected to work  inside BF Better living. The name of ''Bantay'' must also indicate.

2. The Homebuilder shall submit the police Clearance or papers of  all his employees/workers to BFBL HOA  Office.

3. Upon entering BF Better living, each worker must register at the guardhouse and sign the registry log upon leaving the Subdivision.

4. All construction workers are allowed to enter the subdivision at 7:00 AM and be out of the  Subdivision by  6.00 PM.

5. Construction workers are not allowed to roam the village. Roving guards to apprehend anybody caught doing such things. 

6. All construction workers to practice decency at all times.
